Frozen Meat Flaker:
This Flaker is widely used in meat processing factories due to change frozen meat blocks (red meat and poultry) into smaller chunks will be used in other stages of production. These frozen blocks can be directly put into the machine without any preparation and defrosting. The setting of the machine can be adjusted to change the thicknesses of the flaked meat; vary from 10-20mm. so they will prepare for further processing in meat grinder in the next stage.
